Apple changed the way the SMC is implemented in the 2018 MacBook Pros and iMac Pro models. Instead of using the way it's been since 2007 with a separate chip, it is now integrated into the iBridge (T2 chip) module. The result of this, is the existing methods TG Pro uses for fan control didn't work so we did some major work and it now supports these models with some small changes. Read more about them here.
